Los Angeles Illustrated Fold-out map

This is a detailed hand-drawn lithograph map of the City of Angels, Los Angeles, CA. It measures 27"x 35.5". This is a folded map drawn in a cartoon/illustrated style. Created and printed entirely in Los Angeles. On the reverse side is a black and white freeway map. It also has illustrations of points of interest along the sides.

When I first arrived in Los Angeles in the early 1990s, I was inspired to draw this city. It took about two years to complete. It was created using a rapidograph pen and colored pens and pencils on Illustration board.

I used photographs, maps, postcards of the city and sketches as reference. Ideas for the map came to me while driving around the city.

This is a folded lithograph. It is semi-gloss and includes the location of different towns and points of interest. Some areas are marked in black ink, for example: Beverly Hills, Venice, Downtown, etc., Map is signed in the lower left corner.

I am happy to personalize the poster by signing it to a specific person(s).

This is a fun item for anyone who enjoys spending time exploring maps and detailed drawings or who is fascinated with Los Angeles as I am.
